我的帶教教師有淑容教師和兆琴教師兩位，她們都是十分有經(jīng)驗的教師，跟著她們我學(xué)到了很多東西。每一天早上上班后，先要跟著交接班的護士教師查房，為下方一天的護理工作做準(zhǔn)備。一般九點這樣，我就要跟著教師去給病人輸液和推針，我推著車，然后到一個個病房，教師操作時，我會待在一邊認(rèn)真的看，注意教師操作的每一個細(xì)節(jié)，怎樣下針，在哪下針適宜等，同樣教師也會主動對我將一些專業(yè)知識和注意事項：輸液是要怎樣樣排氣，滴速要多少適宜，推針要快還是要慢，留置針用多久要換等。同樣，不清楚的地方我還是會去請教教師，教師也會給我認(rèn)真細(xì)心的解答，這樣在教師的諄諄教導(dǎo)下，我學(xué)到了不少在學(xué)校還沒學(xué)到的知識。可是在這個過程中我想學(xué)到的最重要的一點到并不是這些，而是溝通與交流。與病人的溝通，不僅僅能幫忙于我們的工作，還能增強我們的交際潛力，擴大我們的交際圈，這也是對我們自身的鍛煉和提高。
