適用專業：商務英語專業國際貿易專業國際商務專業在線選修課
一、課程的性質、目的和任務
《商務英語外貿函電寫作》課程在商務英語專業、國際貿易專業和國際商務專業人才培養過程中占有重要的地位。它的作用在于培養學生外貿函電方面的讀寫能力。其指導思想是培養具有外貿函電讀寫能力的高素質國際貿易人才。本課程將國際貿易知識與商務英語融為一體，屬于專業選修課。在總的培養目標下，本課程旨在培養學生掌握外貿英語函電的基本知識、外貿函電英語術語、以及外貿函電英語表達方法。讓學生熟悉對外貿易業務各個環節，鍛煉學生對相關業務的英語表達能力，并掌握涉外經貿工作中商務信函的寫作技巧，以適應外經貿工作的實際業務需要。學生通過學習該課程，在外貿函電知識、外貿英文函電讀寫能力等方面達到一定水平。
二、課程教學的基本要求
通過學習該課程，要求學生達到下列基本要求：
1.學習撰寫建立業務關系、咨詢、詢盤及答復、發盤及還盤、電子郵件、促銷、訂單及其執行、付款條件、信用證的修改和展期、包裝、保險、裝運、代理、索賠與理賠等函電。2.掌握外貿函電的重要寫作原則、體例、常用詞匯、習慣表達法及規范的外貿英語函電格式。
3.掌握撰寫合同及協議。
4.理解國際貿易各不同環節中的外貿函電英語及主要業務知識，熟悉并掌握國際貿易中的英語術語和表達方法。初步做到能在一般情況下讀懂、翻譯并能寫出內容確切、表達得體、符合規范、語句通順、沒有語法錯誤的信函。
三、同其它課程的關系
本課程在學生學完大學基礎英語或商務英語之后開設的專業選修課，因此學生對基礎英語和專業英語已經有了一定的掌握，這為本課程的學習打下堅實的基礎。另外，其它專業課程，如：國際金融、國際貿易原理與實務、合同撰寫等與本課程也存在相關聯系，互為補充，相輔相成。

1.撰寫商務信函時應注意的要點：完整、具體、清楚、簡潔、禮貌、體諒、正確。2.掌握商務信函的組成部分及格式與布局。3.掌握不同格式下商務信函各組成部分的位置。

一、課程名稱 實用外貿英語
二、課程性質與任務
“實用外貿英語”是中等職業學校商務英語專業課程，教學對象為中等職業學校商務英語專業的學生。通過本課程的學習,學生應掌握外貿英語交流的基本技能；熟悉和掌握當代商務理念和國際商務慣例；提高作為國際貿易工作者的基本素質，具有較強的商務交際能力和團隊協作精神，以及不懈的創新意識；并且了解英語國家的社會和商業文化。
通過學習有關商務活動的真實語言材料，學生應具有較高的聽、讀、說、寫、譯的能力，能夠在不同的商務活動中正確使用英語。達到國際貿易專業中職畢業水平，成為適應社會需要的應用型涉外貿易工作者。
三．教學目的和要求：
（一）繼續深化英語技能訓練
“外貿英語”雖然是專業課程，但英語綜合技能是學好本課程的基礎。因此，在學習本課程的過程中要進一步加強基礎英語訓練，使學生能具有較高的聽、讀、說、寫、譯的能力。
（二）學習外貿專業英語，掌握外貿專業英語的特點和用法 “外貿英語”通常是指在對外經濟貿易工作中（如閱讀有關資料、文獻，處理英語函電，草擬商業合同、協議等文件，進行商務談判等）所使用和接觸到的英語，具有其本身的特點。比如，一些普通的英語詞匯在外貿英語中有特殊的含義。這些專業詞匯和它們的中文譯名以及特殊的用法、搭配和套語都需要熟悉和掌握
（三）結合專業英語學習，擴充有關的外貿業務知識 學習過程中,應充分利用教材中的案例和真實的外貿語料,學習外貿業務知識、基本的商務交際倫理、外貿交際的基本程序和方式、商務交際中可能出現的障礙和解決辦法。結合專業英語反復進行多種形式的操練,使學生獲得大量的有關國際貿易領域的知識
四．教學方法
本課程的課堂教學不僅要傳授語言知識，同時要引導學生關注外貿的相關知識，在教學中要把過去以教師為中心的教學模式改編為以學生為中心的教學模式。多開展以任務為中心的，形式多樣的教學活動，采用啟發式，討論式、發現式和研究式的教學方法，充分調動學 2 生學習的積極性，激發學生的學習動機，最大限度地讓學生參與學習的全過程。本課程以文字為主，輔以多媒體教學材料。

八、測試
